Before you write
What is your minimum order quantity?
Furniture is most efficient from about 20 identical units; we accept smaller runs with a setup surcharge — OEM/ODM work starts from a single piece. Fire doors are typically ordered by project, from 50 leaves upward.
How long does a sample take?
Control samples and prototypes take 2–3 weeks from approved drawings. Material and finish sample boards ship within one week.
What are your lead times?
From approved shop drawings: furniture 8–13 weeks, fire doors 8–11 weeks including hardware, plus 4–6 weeks sea freight to most markets.
What are your payment terms?
T/T with 50 percent deposit and 50 percent against copy of bill of lading; letters of credit for established accounts.
Do you install on site?
No — we deliver install-ready: pre-assembly inspection, numbered modules, installation manuals and node drawings, with remote technical support during the works.
