Project — Hospitality FF&E
Caribbean
Project dossier
Resort furniture lives a harder life than anything in a city hotel: salt air, daily sun, pool traffic and a brand standard that cannot drift between buildings. This delivery for a Sandals resort covers the fixed joinery and furniture packages that keep a Caribbean property running — engineered for the climate and finished to survive it.
Materials were chosen against the environment — moisture-stable cores, marine-grade hardware where it counts, and finishes sealed for humidity and UV. Every piece was pre-assembled and inspected on our floor, then packed as numbered modules for the site team.
Overcoming challenges
Resort duty: salt air, humidity and year-round outdoor-adjacent traffic, with a brand standard that has to hold across every building.
Moisture-stable cores and marine-grade hardware, finishes sealed against humidity and UV, full pre-assembly inspection in the factory and numbered modular crating for the site team.
